Delivery and Returns
1. Delivery
All ordered items will be dispatched within 10 working days. If the selected item is out of stock, we will promptly notify you via email with the earliest availability date. Typically, delivery takes 1 to 2 working days. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that any indicated delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

2. Refund & Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. Refunds will be provided for faulty or damaged goods. Here is how the process works:
• For credit card purchases, refunds will be credited to the original account after inspecting the returned product(s).
• For purchases made via cheque or postal order, refunds will be issued through a refund cheque after inspecting the returned product(s).
Please note the following conditions:
• Goods must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by a receipt within 14 days of receipt.
• Damaged or malfunctioning items must be reported within 7 days.
• Costs incurred for returning items are non-refundable.
• Goods exempt from return policies are not eligible for refunds.
Delivery:
• Delivery times are estimates, and exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
• Additional charges may apply if delivery is not possible due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• We may deliver goods in installments, and canceling or rescheduling deliveries may incur extra charges.
Title:
• Title to the goods remains with us until full payment is received.
Quality:
• We warrant that goods are of satisfactory quality, and we will endeavor to pass on any manufacturer warranties to you.
Force Majeure:
• We are not liable for failure to deliver due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.
Assignment:
• We may assign or subcontract contracts at any time with notice.
• You may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent.
Suspension and Termination:
• We may suspend or terminate contracts immediately if specific conditions are met. Termination does not relieve you of your payment obligations.
